Kylie and Claryssa both entered the Blue Sept with reverence befitting the location. "You know it's strange that although the name is for the river, I still expected it to be blue." Claryssa mused quietly in a way not meant to amuse, but to simply state.
Kylie smied. "I must admit the same." They came further in. Kylie wished to thank the seven for Leovall's good show and ask for his continued fortune and everyone's safety in the days to come.

Septon Halley, his hands folded in his sleeves, moved forward to greet the women. "Gods be good, my children."

The girls both curtsied to the Septon. "Seven Blessings to you." They replied.
"Perhaps you would consider praying with us, Septon...? Apologies, I do not know your name."

"And Seven Blessings upon you, my children. I am Septon Halley, I tend the Sept here in Grassy Vale. I would be more than happy to offer you guidance, have you come to pray to the Maiden this fine afternoon?"

"I am Claryssa, and this is Lady Kylie of House Redwyne. We we're here in thanks and in hope this day." Claryssa was used to making her Lady's introduction. And while she may not fully believe in the Seven, coming from Braavos and taught more of the Red God, she had been in The Reach long enough to appreciate the tradition and have an open mind concerning higher powers.
"We wish to thank the Warrior for helping a new friend perform well today. It may not have been combat but it was most certainly competition. And we pray to the Mother for the continued safety of all here, particularly those in the Tourney." Kylie went on.

Halley inclined his head in a gesture of understanding, "your generous spirit is admirable." He turned his head as another entered the Sept, nodding to the ladies and moving to greet the newcomer."
"Seven blessings, my child."

The new arrival wore a light cloak, tossing back the hood as he stepped into the Sept, "Gods be good, Septon," he murmured. He didn't linger, but moved directly to the elaborate painting of a broad-shouldered man in armour, carrying a sword and shield.

Crossing to the same image. "I hope I am not disturbing you, good Ser." Kylie curtsied. "If I am, I can begin my prayers elsewhere."
Claryssa stayed with the Septon for a while longer. "Have you served here long, Septon Halley?"

Covey turned his head to look at the young woman, a smile creeping across his face, "I could never be disturbed by someone so lovely, but what possible reason could you have to make pleas with the Warrior?"

Murmuring softly, "since I was a young man. You do not pray to the Seven?" His tone was gentle, and in no way accusatory.
