Near The Empty Mug is this unsubtly named brothel. It is one of the few places still open after curfew, and the patronage of Grassy Vale’s guards ensures that whatever happens behind the Blooming Rose’s doors stays behind those doors. Most any peccadillo you can name is catered to here, for the right amount of coin.
