(D5 EA) Meadow of Dreams

[Jynessa Tremaine]

"It was," Jyn said in regards to their mother. She let out a soft sigh and gave her horse an awkward pat on the head. "I have no idea what father would say either."

[Mariessa Tremaine]

Mari let go of the brief anger she had felt for their now dead-mother, and instead reached out to hold her sister's hand.

"I think he would find it in his heart to accept it, eventually. He loves us both, after all..." she offered her sister an encouraging smile.

[Jynessa Tremaine]

Jynessa took the hand with an uneasy frown on her face. "While I am hoping to have father's approval, that is no my greatest concern. Consorting in such a way with our liege lord's daughter-in-law was not the wisest of decisions." She eased up on her grip on her twin's hand for a moment as she looked away. However, she tightened her hand afterwards and let out a sigh. "And yet, the foolish part of me that began it does not with to cease this path."

"Just... don't get caught doing this, Jyn." Mari cautioned. "Even if father gave his approval, others would not."

"Why did it have to be her? Any other lady would be far more practical." Jyn let out a sigh and looked out to the sky.

"Hmm... love is a difficult thing, I suppose..." she kind of wished she had Jyn's strong feelings for one specific person, rather than being confused like she herself was. Maybe she wasn't thinking clearly because she was still thinking so much about who would be the best choice.

"We can't really decide who we love, I guess?"

[Jynessa Tremaine]

"That much is certain." Jynessa then let out a wry grin. "I suppose there is a certain blessing to it. I can marry a man and not worry about my attraction to him because it will never be true." She then furrowed her brow. "It is not as beneficial to him, that is certain."
