[Maester Simon]

"I've only spent few month with lord Tremaine so I might not be the best person to comment on this." he shrugged as if to dismiss the idea there was something wrong with Tremaine's. "There was a fire a year ago or so, that killed lord Tremaine's wife. Poor soul, he's a good man." Well, at least he had no evidence to contrary. "I was merely commenting how orderly things seem to be here."

[Septa Gwyn]

"We have our strong Lord to thank for that. He runs his lands well, he is a dedicated and attentive man." She peered at the attractive young man, "pay attention to your surrounds," she commented solemnly.

[Maester Simon]

"Mhmhm, I can see that." Simon simply nodded. "Is there something I should pay attention particularly, then?" he squinted his eyes, his curiosity piqued by the choice of her words.

[Septa Gwyn]

“Allow me to impart upon you a piece of wisdom,” her tone clearly wasn’t asking, “you have two ears and one mouth, to only repeat half what you hear.”

[Maester Simon]

"Maybe not the words for an educator." Simon chuckled. "Considering how I serve by basically telling others what my teachers have told me."

"But yes, everyone has their secrets. It's not my place to discuss them."

[Septa Gwyn]

"You are a learned man, maester. Surely learned enough to know not to run off at the mouth."

[Maester Simon]

"Yes.." his eyebrow rose to indicate a question.

[Septa Gwyn]

"Very good," she didn't sound particularly approving. "See that it stays that way."

[Maester Simon]

"I shall." he murmured, unsure what to make of her. "Thank you for your... advice, Septa. Have a good day." With that he turned to leave...

She gave a curt nod, and returned to her contemplations, making no effort to keep him from leaving.
