Alicent Feyther is the daughter of a minor noble house that is nonetheless storied, having served House Lannister directly since its founding around the time of Aegon's Conquest. She is the only daughter of Lord Barrish and Lady Arina Feyther, born late enough in their lives that her closest contemporaries in her family are her nieces and nephews, and came as doubly a shock with both her late birth and her features that shout of some distant (or perhaps less distant if rumors are to be believed) Valyrian blood in her veins. She has been known to travel with her brother, Caim, a tourney knight, to many of the tourneys he's been involved in. This tourney is one of those, and her brother, his wife, and their infant son are traveling with her.

The young woman has a presence much larger than her small stature would imply, having a commanding and certain demeanor that is magnetic and off-putting by turns. Her fine features, silver-blonde hair, and violet eyes make her stand out in a crowd as well, even if oftentimes she would much prefer to be reading in a corner somewhere. As she's come into womanhood, the phrase 'jewel of the Westerlands' has begun to float around her, to her slight embarrassment and the annoyance of some ladies from higher status houses.

She rides a nearly blue-black palfrey, named Moonshadow.

Caim is the second son of Lord Barrish and Lady Arina Feyther and the elder brother of Alicent Feyther, despite being only a little short of being old enough to be her father. He's a moderately prominent tourney knight, though old injuries and the aches of middle age are beginning to creep up on him and slow him down a little bit more than some of the younger knights. He still has years of experience on his side, however, and won't be beaten by some whelp barely out of his squirehood. He's been Alicent's primary caretaker for all intents and purposes since she was old enough to walk around and travel.

In looks, he and his sister are near complete opposites. He's a tower of a man, his dark armor and silent demeanor often proving slightly uncomfortable for others to deal with, though rumor has it he's only had this attitude for a couple of years. He's a fair shot with his longbow, as well, and will likely become master-at-arms for his brother when he rises to lordship of House Feyther, that time likely to come sooner rather than later. He has a close relationship with his wife, Dyanna, and the two of them have three children together, the youngest of whom is with them, since, at only 8 months, it's unwise for him to be without his mother, who is a few months along with their fourth.
