Great Hunter: When making Fighting tests or Marksmanship tests to attack an animal, you may add a number equal to your Survival ranks to your test results. In addition, you may treat one bonus die as a test die when making Survival tests to hunt.

Does the last part only apply to Survival (Hunt) tests, or is it any Survival test involving hunting?

Then, I didn't roll Step 2 of the hunt correctly. Do you want me just to add one of my Bonus die to the total, or reroll?

Your choice: you can keep the roll, and add the next highest die to your result; or you can reroll, and run the risk of getting a worse result. Just be sure to post what you did, whichever way you go.

It says you can give an opponent -1D to a roll. Could I use that on Leo's Animal Handling roll?

You can, but Leo can also use a Destiny point to negate the effect.

If Leo doesn't make an Animal Handling roll, the Destiny Point isn't triggered.
