Hello From the Other Side

So that’s the Festival done. I’d like to make a few special mentions:

To Kylie Redwyne, for whom this game existed. I hope that this has at least offered a glimpse of what a game that runs to conclusion, without dragging on for a month beyond its end date, can look like.

To Marten Tremaine, who encouraged me to give it a try, back when he was the only person who knew I had the idea.

To Alicent Feyther, who both set up the forums, and helped me with finding a better theme than the one I picked (sorry about that… it had those text flags instead of icons and I really liked them).

To Leovall Marten, who brought Liliane and Terrance with him, without whom I wouldn’t have had enough players to even begin.

Of course, I love all of you, and I’m super grateful for this opportunity. You’ve all been fantastic.

Much love for the GM and the effort you put in. I only wish I could have managed more activity myself. :)

Thank you for being patient with me and teaching me the system!

Much apologies for not being more active. I suppose that's the gambit of running through the holidays. You did outstanding work and I would not hesitate to join another game of yours in the future.

Thanks, Ghostwolfe! You did a great job. I hope you decide to run again, 'cause this was a really good experience.

Thanks for running! This game was nice and was a good way to learn the system a bit. I am not sure if it was the holidays, the size of the game or playing an eligible lady when all the eligible PC bachelors were blood relatives but it at times felt a little empty... and then there would be guests over and I'd be happy the game was casual enough for that to work so really it is a small complaint and more a suggestion to add a few more players next time :D

*shudders* Those are so rough. My sympathies for everyone involved for every game like that ever.

I ... frankly I struggled to find as many players as I did. I would have been more than happy to run with a larger group. If there is a next time, I'll have a co-GM, so I'll definitely be supporting greater numbers.

If there is a next time, we can drag in a few more.

:D

*Hugs* Well done. It’s really not easy running a game, let alone completing one - and you did it solo! That’s pretty big :) even with a “smaller” group (still bigger than tabletop!). I hope it’s given you a good understanding of the complexities involved, but also how much investiture people can have. Thanks for all your time and effort too of course! I hope you had fun as well ^^
