[Ladies-in-Waiting]

The girls giggle and titter, one of them declares, “well he’s not my father, and I only think it’s too bad he’s not ten years younger!” This draws more laughter, hidden behind their hands as the girls blush at such boldness. Septa Gwyn says nothing, she isn’t even looking their way.

[Jynessa Tremaine]

Jyn's eyes widened and she simply nodded her head in order to bide her time and recover. She glanced at those present and then looked back to hem. "I suppose one of the ladies-in-waiting is about the same age of my father. I believe her name was Shana. Where is she from, anyways?"

[Ladies-in-Waiting]

The girls looked back and forth amongst themselves in obvious confusion. “Shana, are you sure that’s her name?” asked one. “A lady-still-waiting at that age?” scoffed another, “and this summer will never end.” With a delicate frown, “if she’s only just about to join us, that would explain why we don’t know her,” contributed a young lady. “Or if she’s from before any of us were here,” added another.

[Jynessa Tremaine]

"Shana," Jyn repeated with a smile. She then blinked and looked about. "I had heard she was with Lysa for quite some time. But I suppose I might have misheard," she concluded with a faint shrug.

[Ladies-in-Waiting]

Murmurs of agreement rippled between the girls. “Dont you worry, Lady Jynessa, you’ll have it straightened out in no time,” one said confidently.

[Jynessa Tremaine]

"Perhaps one of you could do a favor for me. If one of you could ask Lysa about the arrangement, then I would be most grateful. I would ask her myself but I am unsure if it would be rude of me to pry about her ladies-in-waiting. One of you would do much better, no?"

[Ladies-in-Waiting]

Glancing from one to another, the girls looked at Septa Gwyn, who continued to stare out over the water, pretending to pay no attention to them at all. "I suppose there's no harm in that," one finally ventured. Emboldened, "yes, I'm curious now myself," another replied.

[Jynessa Tremaine]

"Great! Please let me know if there are any favors I can do for you in return then."

[Ladies-in-Waiting]

There were smiles and grins all round from the girls. "Sure."

[Jynessa Tremaine]

"Excellent. Then consider me in your debt for the time being," she stated with a warm smile.
