Easily turning Harben's blade aside, Covey didn't hesitate in lashing back at the younger man, landing a solid strike.

Cortney, under attack from the lightly armoured Master of Hunt, swung his battleaxe, but clearly underestimated the other man.

Lorent charged to join his (albeit distant) cousin against the Meadows' heir.

Marten spared Kevith a brief glance, but turned the other way. Instead, he charged towards Kenway, swinging his halberd solidly towards him.

Normally, Kevith would finish off the foolish knight that had attacked him, but... he had control enough to know that this was not a fight to the death. Shifting his hold on the poleaxe, he made a hard sweep at Bridges to knock him down. Hopefully the kid would get the point and excuse himself for a fight that was in over his head.

Round 2!

Initiative Order:
Terrance
Kenway, Elwood
Mystery
Rychard, Harben
Leovall
Olymer
Caim
Covey, Cortney, Lorent
Marten
Kevith

The Battlefield: For the sake of simplicity, assume:
● Fighters within an ‘engagement’ (e.g. Leovall, Kenway, and Marten) are considered to occupy the same location for the purposes of calculating distance.
● The distance between the three engagements at the north end of the field is equivalent to a Lesser Action, if your Bulk is 3 or lower. This is also true of the two southernmost engagements.
● The remaining distances require a Greater Action (including the Charge Action) to close to engaged range.

That was bloody close!

Terrance had a strong suspicion that this battle was not going to go his way. However, the longer he kept this knight focused on him, the longer Leo would be safe from another threat. So, he tested he adversary's armor again.

Weighing his injuries against his duties as Guard Captain and Master at Arms, Kenway decided that, sometimes, discretion was the better part of valour. Thrusting his sword into the ground at his feet, he held up a hand, curled into a fist, signalling 'halt', that he yielded. Retrieving his sword, he quit the field.

Kenway withdraws, and is eliminated.
